通風式滅菌器主要適用于各種耐高溫軟包裝制品（含PVC、非PVC包裝的液體）、塑料安瓿、無菌濕巾、無菌面膜、預灌封針劑、PP軟管裝膏劑、鋁塑管裝膏劑等產(chǎn)品的滅菌處理。該設備采用壓力蒸汽和空氣混壓滅菌工藝模式，由強制對流風扇和導流風板結構使得腔體內(nèi)部非飽和蒸汽均勻混合，確保滅菌溫度均勻性。
設備內(nèi)部設有冷卻盤管，產(chǎn)品的冷卻和干燥是通過將冷卻水引入冷凝盤管將滅菌室內(nèi)的混合氣體冷凝。冷空氣流過產(chǎn)品將產(chǎn)品冷卻，同時產(chǎn)品表面的水漬蒸發(fā)，最后實現(xiàn)冷卻和干燥的目的。在冷卻過程中對產(chǎn)品實施壓力跟蹤和反壓保護，以保證產(chǎn)品不會由于高溫狀態(tài)下內(nèi)外反向壓差或過大壓差造成產(chǎn)品損壞。同時具有人工干預措施在自控失調(diào)狀態(tài)下保證產(chǎn)品安全。
