本機(jī)采用進(jìn)品PLC人機(jī)界面控制，其動(dòng)作全部采用汽缸驅(qū)動(dòng)，下膜系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機(jī)控制，推盒部分采用伺服推盒更精準(zhǔn)，可任意調(diào)節(jié)下膜尺寸，具有運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠，封口牢固，平整美觀，便于維護(hù)等特點(diǎn)。機(jī)體由進(jìn)口鋁合金機(jī)架和封閉式有機(jī)玻璃防護(hù)罩組成。機(jī)體平臺(tái)、零件均為不銹鋼材料制成，符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，外表美觀。
This machine adopts PLC human-machine interface, all actions are completed with cylinder drive, for film & box feeding, both are controlled by the servo motor. The film feeding size can be adjusted randomly. Machine frame is made of aluminum alloy with organic glass anti-dust cover. The main body of this machine are made of stainless steel, which conforms to the sanitation standard. It runs stably & easy to maintain. Seals smooth & firmly.
