微通道反應(yīng)器，利用精密加工技術(shù)制造的特征尺寸在10到300微米（~1000微米）之間的微型反應(yīng)器，微通道反應(yīng)器的“微”表示工藝流體的通道在微米級別，而不是指微反應(yīng)設(shè)備的外形尺寸小或產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量小。微通道反應(yīng)器中可以包含有成百萬上千萬的微型通道，因此可以實(shí)現(xiàn)很高的產(chǎn)量。根據(jù)其主要用途或功能可以細(xì)分為微混合器模塊、微反應(yīng)器模塊、管式反應(yīng)器模塊、換熱器模塊，以及不同模塊組合而成的微反應(yīng)連續(xù)化反應(yīng)裝置。
