CAS113R型半自動切換供氣裝置是采用主供氣和備用氣之間設(shè)定壓力差進(jìn)行自動切換,從而實現(xiàn)不間斷供氣;適用于高純氣體、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體、一般腐蝕性氣體等。
The CAS113R semi-automatic switching gas supply device automatically switches between the main gas supply and the backup gas based on a set pressure difference, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply. It is suitable for high-purity gases, standard gases, and general corrosive gases, etc.
